Its missions include disseminating information and enhancing the university&#8217;s image, supporting the production of media for teaching and learning using information technology, and fostering international relations to promote the organization widely and gain recognition. The Division is divided into three functional groups with the following responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>1. Public Relations and Mass Relations Division<br \/>\nResponsible for producing public relations media and disseminating news and information about various activities of Maha Sarakham University through various public relations channels. This aims to promote the university&#8217;s public relations efforts in various forms and ensure their effectiveness, in accordance with Maha Sarakham University&#8217;s policies and strategic plans. The Division is divided into two functional groups:<\/p>\n<p>1. News Division<br \/>\nTheir primary responsibilities are as follows:<br \/>\n1.1 Production of still images (photographs\/news writing) on \u200b\u200bvarious university activities.<br \/>\n1.2 Production of video news. (Recording videos\/audio recordings\/editing) various university activities.<br \/>\n1.3 Creating news stories\/special interviews for university public relations.<br \/>\n1.4 Producing short clips for public relations (TikTok, Facebook, IG, X, YouTube).<br \/>\n1.5 Coordinating with the media to disseminate university news and providing information to the media and relevant agencies.<br \/>\n1.6 News editorial work, verifying the accuracy of news content, language, and illustrations.<br \/>\n1.7 Creating and producing various public relations materials to promote the university&#8217;s image.<br \/>\n1.8 Producing monthly Spotlight clips for presentation at university council meetings.<br \/>\n1.9 Preparing monthly performance reports for the President of Mahasarakham University.<\/p>\n<p>2. Media and Information Production<br \/>\nThe main responsibilities are as follows:<br \/>\n2.1 Publicize and disseminate university news and activities via the website and internet.<br \/>\n2.2 Design public relations graphics to enhance Mahasarakham University&#8217;s image.<br \/>\n2.3 Develop websites for university departments and websites for special event announcements.<br \/>\n2.4 Create MSU Online messages for distribution on the website and Facebook page.<br \/>\n2.5 Create the MSU Newsletter.<br \/>\n2.6 Create stickers, future board signs, and other artwork.<br \/>\n2.7 Create business cards.<br \/>\n2.8 Manage the Mahasarakham University Public Relations Network.<br \/>\n2.9 Manage the media network.<br \/>\n2.10 Manage vinyl steel frame signs for public relations.<\/p>\n<p>2. Radio and Television Station Group<br \/>\nResponsible for producing radio, television, and online media for public relations and communicating Mahasarakham University&#8217;s mission. This group is divided into two functions:<\/p>\n<p>1. Mahasarakham University Radio Station<br \/>\nResponsible for producing and distributing radio and online media to support Mahasarakham University&#8217;s public relations efforts regarding policies, missions, activities, and information, as well as promoting better understanding between Mahasarakham University and the public. Mahasarakham University Radio Station operates a broadcasting business under the Broadcasting and Television Business Act of 2008 (B.E. 2551). It is licensed as a Category 1 public service. Its primary objectives are to promote knowledge, education, religion, arts and culture, science, technology and the environment, agriculture, and other career development, health, hygiene, sports, and the promotion of the public&#8217;s quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>It broadcasts Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on the FM 102.25 MHz frequency. The station also supports radio broadcasting instruction, knowledge exchange activities, and collaboration with internal and external networks to produce radio programs. It also coordinates public relations efforts between the public sector, the private sector, the public, and the media.<\/p>\n<p>2. Television Operations<br \/>\nThe station is responsible for organizing and producing television programs, video media, and online media. It also promotes and supports audiovisual media for broadcasting and recording, as well as hosting important ceremonies. This service supports Mahasarakham University&#8217;s public relations efforts regarding policies, missions, activities, and information. The station also supports radio and television instruction, knowledge exchange activities, and collaboration with internal and external networks to produce television programs and video media. and coordinate public relations cooperation between the government, private sector, public sector and the media<\/p>\n<p>3. International Affairs Division<\/p>\n<p>The Division is responsible for promoting Mahasarakham University&#8217;s international relations. Its main responsibilities are as follows:<\/p>\n<p>1. Personnel Services and Cooperation<br \/>\n1.1 Providing services to Thai personnel<br \/>\n1.2 Providing services to international personnel<br \/>\n1.3 Developing international cooperation:<br \/>\n1.4 Establishing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs\/MoAs) with domestic and international institutions:<br \/>\n1.5 Promoting the university&#8217;s international image:<br \/>\n1.6 International university rankings<\/p>\n<p>2. Student Services<br \/>\n2.1 Thai and international student services<br \/>\n2.2 Undergraduate International Student Admission and providing information on further study at Mahasarakham University.<br \/>\n2.3 Providing information on undergraduate, master&#8217;s, and doctoral study at Mahasarakham University for international students via electronic media such as WeChat, Line, email, Facebook, and telephone.<br \/>\n2.4 Providing services and counseling for international students, including visa application\/extension, visa cancellation, 90-day reporting, and notification of residence for foreigners.
